By using Azzist, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
When you register or create a profile, we collect your name, mobile number, and other details necessary to set up your account and health profile (such as height, weight, activity level, and health conditions relevant to your coaching plan).
We collect the meal check-in photos and, where you choose to upload them, health reports you share through the app so your coach can review your progress.
If you purchase a subscription, we collect payment information (processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay) and your subscription plan details.
We collect information on how you use the app, including the screens you visit, the actions you take (such as logging meals or completing workouts), and your interactions with your coach.
We may collect information about the device you use to access Azzist, including device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
We do not use your location for any feature in the current version of Azzist. If a future feature requires it, we will update this policy and ask for your explicit consent before collecting it.
Your health profile, check-in photos, and chat messages are visible to the coach assigned to you and to Ops staff who manage your account. We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers strictly to operate Azzist — our payment gateway (Razorpay) for processing payments, and infrastructure providers who host the app and its data.
We retain your account and health data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations.
You can review and update your health profile at any time from within the app. To request deletion of your account or data, contact us using the details below.
Azzist is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of Azzist after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
